By accessing as well as ordering from the Anna Holtblad Webshop you agree to these terms and conditions.
We do not guarantee that all the items available at the Anna Holtblad Webshop are in stock at the time of your order. In the case of incorrect stock balance affecting your order, we will contact you shortly by phone or by e-mail. Anna Holtblad Webshop cannot warrant that the content of the site is at all time free of inaccuracies or typographical errors. Neither can we guarantee that all information is up-to-date.
All personal information saved at the site will be handled with care. The information that we store will not be sold or used for any purposes other than making sure you get the best service possible. All customers paying by card are subject to validation checks. Anna Holtblad Webshop makes the reservation to delay any order if we suspect a further security control is needed. For security reasons, we do not store any payment information in our database.
Anna Holtblad Webshop use Secure Socket Layers (SSL), the industry standard in transferring information to process your orders.
We cannot guarantee that colours on the website are fully equivalent to the clothes actual colours. This depends partly on the colour settings of your computer and monitor.
PAYMENT AND PRICES
We accept card payments by Visa, Eurocard, and Master Card. All prices are given in SEK and include Swedish VAT of 25%. Shipping costs will be added to your order and also customs costs where appliable.
EXCHANGES & REFUNDS
Within 14 days following the delivery of your order, you may request the exchange or refund of items, which you must return to us in perfect condition. Returns will only be accepted if labels and original packaging are fully intact. Anna Holtblad Webshop cannot accept returns where any labels have been removed. The customers are responsible for the shipping of returned items back to Anna Holtblad Webshop. Items lost in transportation will not be compensated for. Shipping charges of returned merchandise are at the customer's expense. However, Anna Holtblad Webshop will not charge additional shipping on exchanges. Refunds for returned merchandise will be made within two weeks after the return date of the product, to the original purchaser’s creditcard. Note that additional duties and/or taxes will not be refunded. Neither will shipping costs. For countries within the EU, VAT will be included in the refund. All exchanges are subject to availability. Faulty items will be exchanged to the same type of product in the same size, subject to availability. Refunds for faulty items can only be made within the 14-dayperiod following delivery.
The policy applies during sales periods.
We strive to deliver your purchased items in shortest time possible. All orders are in process as soon as the transaction is done. When your order is placed we will send you a preliminary confirmation. All orders are delivered with UPS, DHL or DB Schenker.
Shippers operate Monday to Friday, thus we only process orders during that specific time. You will get a text message, an email or a note in your mailbox when the package is ready for pick up at your local postal center. Please note that packages not collected within 14 days are returned to Anna Holtblad Webshop. Shipping costs will not be refunded for uncollected items.
Deliveries take approximately 2-4 workdays. We currently deliver to all countries within the EU. We are not to be held responsible for any delay or any other matters in connection with the delivery of the goods, as we cannot be accountable for unexpected proceedings. Due to courier restrictions and the risk of credit card fraud we cannot deliver to PO Boxes. If you wish to send products to more than one address, please place one order for each address. You will be charged for shipping costs on each order.
COLLECT AT STORE
Purchased items may be picked up at our brand store at Grev Turegatan 13 in Stockholm. You will recieve an email when your order is ready. Opening hours are Monday-Friday 11.00-18.00 and Saturdays 11.30-16.30.
VIOLATION OF RULES
Anna Holtblad reserves the right to seek all remedies available at law and in equity for violations of these Terms and Conditions, including the right to block access to the site. Individuals violating the restriction of password protected areas of the site may be subject to prosecution.
In case of Force Majeur, Anna Holtblad Webshops’s obligations are procrastinated. The contract between you and Anna Holtblad Webshop can in such cases be partially or fully terminated by yourself or by Anna Holtblad Webshop. A Force Majeur is at the event of war, civil war, revolution, riot,governmental measures, strike, lockout, blockage, failure of electricity, telephone or internet service, natural disasters or similar events. Anna Holtblad Webshop will under such circumstances do all we can to solve the matter for our customers as soon (and entirely) as possible.
